What is your process for taking school photographs?
Our process typically involves setting up a photograph station at the school and having students come as a group with their class to have their picture taken. We use professional lighting and camera equipment to ensure high-quality results.
How do I place an order for school photographs?
Orders can be placed online through our website via each student's private gallery.
I lost my access code. How can I view my student's photos?
Use the Contact form and provide the below information and we will do our best to locate their photos.
- Your name
- Your student's name
- Your student's school
- Your student's class
How do I know which photograph package to choose?
We offer a range of photograph packages to suit different needs and budgets. You can also use the a la carte options to create your own print package.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
In most cases, changes to orders can be made up until the deadline for submitting orders. After that time, it may not be possible to make changes. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.
When will I receive my photographs?
Photographs are delivered to the address you enter when placing the order. We will provide updates and tracking information after you place your order. Photographs are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks after ordering. If it has been longer than a month since your order, please contact us.
What is your policy on retakes?
In most cases, we can retake your student's photos at our studio in Krugerville, TX if you are not satisfied with the quality of your photographs. Retakes are scheduled within a month of your school's picture day. Please contact our office to schedule a retake. If you are going to schedule a retake, please do not place an order for the photos yet.
